Free shipping for orders over 19€. For orders under 19€ the shipping cost is 1.90€.
If you chose the "cash on delivery" way of payment, there is an extra charge of 1.20€.

B. Outside Attica

For Nobacco Same Day Delivery service (delivery from MON - FRI, until 9 pm) for orders under 19€ the shipping cost is 2.95€. The same day delivery service is offered exclusively to areas of Thessaloniki and if the order has been registered no later than 5 p.m.
C. International shipping
1. Standard Shipping
Free shipping for orders over 99€. For orders under 99€ the shipping cost is 9.90€.
International orders delivered via ELTA Services and Courier Center (exclusively for Cyprus) within 5 - 20 working days (the shipping time depends on the destination country).
2. DHL Shipping
Shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address and are calculated during the order process and before the payment.
The estimated delivery time is 1 - 5 working days, depending on the destination country.
Note: Please, be advised that some countries do not allow the sale or the import of e-cigarettes and related products. Please,make sure that you are aware of the local regulationsand Customs policies at the country the products will be delivered, as your shipment could be withheld or confiscated by Customs in case import of (some or all) of the products you’ve ordered is prohibited. NOBACCO is not responsible for any shipping delays and/or product retentions occurred due to local regulations or Customs policies applicable at the country of products delivery.
Also, delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes/duties and it is your responsibility to be aware of such taxes/duties in case they apply. In case import taxes/duties apply to your order, DHL company will contact you once your items are in Customs to let you know the relevant cost; this may delay the estimated delivery time. It is your responsibility to pay the necessary taxes/duties for local authorities to release the products held at Customs and to obtain such products.
NOBACCO is not responsible for any products with held or confiscated by Customs at the country of delivery and you will not be refunded by NOBACCO for such products.
Please, be aware that, if you don't pay the import taxes/duties applicable on the products you ordered and the products are not released to you, you will not be refunded by NOBACCO for such products and NOBACCO reserves the right to charge you any additional costs incurred by NOBACCO in this respect (e.g. delivery cost for products return to Greece).
